GMA offers these topics as stand-alone or ongoing programs. Consider them as a new complement to your in-house Wellness offerings, or as an innovative component to your next offsite event. Investment in a customized project for your *team or organization varies according to selected modules (content), length of the learning process, and number of participants. Without exception, each project consists of four phases:

Self Defense Programs
Goddess Martial Arts Inc has invented a unique self defense program to deal with the problem of retention of the self defense skills learned in class. They have coined this program The Never-Ending Self Defense Program™.
Many of us have taken extremely useful programs and have found that weeks later, the skills have been lost. The Never-Ending Self Defense™ program remedies this by first simplifying the techniques used and secondly offering the program as a weekly course.
The weekly course constantly reviews the basic techniques and applies them to a wide variety of scenarios. As an additional bonus, all classes feature warm-up and stretching exercises which will add to the students general health and well-being.
For those who are serious about The Never-Ending Self Defense Program™ and would like to eventually offer this program elsewhere, Goddess Martial Arts offers an instructor training program which will bring the student up to a level where she can either teach at the Goddess Martial Arts locations, or open their own Goddess location.

Stress Reduction Programs for Business
Goddess Martial Arts are offering a program aimed at the people who are working in the office enviroment, in particular, those professionals who work in high stress or computer oriented tasks. Based on Tai Chi, this program focuses on moving meditation whereby the participants are taught the basics of breathing, meditation and movement. These exercises, which are based on the 8 pieces of silk Tai Chi warm-ups, can be practiced at the desk, standing or sitting, to release the muscles and tension.
As an added option, weekly lunch sessions would provide the participants an opportunity to learn a short Tai Chi set.

High School / College Phys Ed Female Self Defence Program
These self defence programs are designed with the young female student in mind. This offering can be implemented in conjunction with the weekly phys ed programs during the day or as an extra-curricular function.
